Abstract
This study discusses the development of system management for learning resources at SMA PGRI Leuwiliang with the aim of improving the quality of learning services and the utilization of educational resources. The research focuses on identifying management system components, including policies, procedures, management personnel, and infrastructure; evaluating the availability and quality of learning resources such as textbooks, digital materials, laboratories, and instructional media; and formulating strategies for integrating learning resources into competency-based learning processes. The study employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observations, interviews with the school principal and teachers, and document analysis of school records and official PGRI publications. The findings indicate that successful development depends on managerial coordination, human resource capacity, organizational support from PGRI, and the use of information technology for inventory management and distribution of learning resources. The study recommends the development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for learning resource management, regular training for resource managers, collection digitalization, and intensive collaboration with PGRI branches in terms of funding and policy guidance. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to enhance the accessibility, relevance, and quality of learning resources at SMA PGRI Leuwiliang.
