Abstract

Learning Management Systems (LMS) have become an important tool in supporting the learning process and academic evaluation in higher education institutions. However, in their implementation, various administrative problems are still encountered, particularly in the management of administrative resources in entering student accounts and exam questions. This article aims to examine the administrative problems of LMS, their impact on the academic process, and the solution and evaluation strategies that can be applied. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the discussion show that administrative problems are caused by limited human resources, low technological competence, the absence of clear standard operating procedures, weak coordination between parties, and suboptimal integration of the academic system with the LMS. The impacts of these problems include obstructed student access, disrupted online examinations, and decreased quality of learning evaluation. Therefore, optimization of human resource management, continuous training, development of SOPs, and periodic evaluation are necessary for the LMS to function effectively in supporting the academic process.
