Abstract
The development of digital technology in education requires educational institutions to integrate technology-based learning effectively, one of which is through the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS). This study is important to examine the extent to which the LMS is accepted and perceived as beneficial by students as the primary users. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the LMS in Grade XI at MA Muallimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations and interviews with Grade XI students. The results indicate that the implementation of the LMS provides positive benefits in increasing learning flexibility, ease of access to learning materials, organized task management, and encouraging students’ independent learning. However, student satisfaction is still influenced by technical constraints such as limited internet connectivity, data quotas, and the lack of optimal interactive learning through the LMS. In conclusion, the LMS has contributed positively as a supporting medium for learning, but improvements in technical aspects and interactive learning strategies are needed to further optimize and sustain student satisfaction.
